What if I'm not home for delivery?

For standard shipping, packages can be left at your door. For express and overnight shipping, a signature is required. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping only. Express and overnight shipping require a physical address for signature confirmation.

What if my package is damaged?

All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged, don't accept delivery if possible. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage for a quick replacement.
